Frequently Asked Questions
Prenatal exercise sessions range from 20 to 60 minutes. The core and pelvic floor workouts are shorter at 20 minutes, the full body, upper body, lower body range from 45 to 60 minutes.

Be mindful that your pregnancy journey is unique to you. Each person is starting the exercise program with a different level of fitness and experience performing workouts. Each person's pregnancy experience is different. You can complete all the workouts set each week or reduce the number of sessions based on how you are feeling or the time you have available to exercise.
The programs are aimed at all fitness levels and all prior levels of experience. You are able to adapt the workout intensity by adding or reducing weight, or increasing or reducing the number of sets and reps.
